At The Sense Within, each order is prepared with care and intention. However if something is not as it should be, we are here to help. We accept return requests within 7 days of delivery.

Because many of our pieces are sensory and limited in nature, we kindly ask that all return requests meet the conditions below:

To be eligible for return, items must be unused, unopened, and in their original condition and packaging. If your return request is accepted, we will process a refund within 7-14 working days. Please email Info@thesensewithin.com specifying your order number, the reason for your return and any photos of the box to confirm it is unopened. 

Every order from The Sense Within is prepared with care, intention, and close attention to detail. We want each piece to arrive exactly as it should: complete, beautiful, and ready to be received.

If, however, your order arrives damaged, faulty, or incorrect, please contact us within 72 hours of delivery so that we may review the matter without delay.

To support your claim, please email info@thesensewithin.com with:

• your order number

• a brief description of the issue

• clear photographs of the item received

• clear photographs of the external parcel and internal packaging

These details help us assess the matter carefully and ensure the most appropriate resolution is offered.

Where a product is confirmed to be damaged, faulty, or sent in error, we will take the necessary steps to make it right. Depending on the circumstances, this may include a replacement, exchange, store credit, or refund.

Please retain the item and all original packaging until your case has been reviewed, as we may request further images or ask for the item to be returned before the matter is fully resolved.

Claims raised outside the stated timeframe may not be eligible for review.

We currently only ship to the UAE. Shipping costs may vary depending on your location within the UAE. Any return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item arrived damaged or broken. We recommend using a tracked postal service. We cannot be responsible for any returned items lost in transit.
